• Please make sure your email is correct. After confirming payment, a ZOOM link will be emailed to you, if you don’t receive it, your email must have been spelled incorrectly. ​

• Download ZOOM before your appointment. This is the ONLY form of communication. You're camera must be on.

• We have a limited time of 30 minutes, starting from the exact time of your appointment.

• There are currently no refunds or rescheduling for missed appointments.
